Vaccsca Seeks Membership Director Options

Dear all

VACCSCA seeks a new Membership Director.

Working description
- Approve or deny applications for membership in Scandinavian vACC according to the rules stated in the constitution.
- Notify applicants that they are approved or denied as members. If the latter is true an explanation shall be sent to the applicant and saved for the record.
- Maintain the membership database and make changes as soon as possible. This includes:
- See to that personal information such as e-mail of the members is correct.
- Update membership-type or status after notification from the Training Department or persons approved by the TD i.e. Mentors
- Check persons validating for approval for access to the forum. See to that they have valid name and CID, and place them in the right read/write-group is the forum.
- Two times a year, check Active ATC for activity the past 6 calendar months. The Membership Director decides which months this shall be checked, but there must be 6 months between them, and it must be published on the vACCSCA website.

Application is open until the 21st of December at 1800z.
Applicants should provide the following info in their application:
- Rating
- Vatsim ID
- Age
- Why you think you should be our new Membership Director

Note that according to the Constitution 2.2 Staff, you need an S3-rating or higher to qualify for this position.

Thank you all, at the moment I am checking the roster for inactive controllers - not the niciest job and potentially an unpleasent one.
